Physical and chemical properties:

The product is produced through the process of fractionation,thermal polymerization, flash evaporation and molding with the carbon nine as the raw material from ethylene fragmentation. This product is light yellow-brown granules, flakes or bulk solids with better transparency, gloss, compatibility,dissolvability of water, insulation, and excellent solubility and stability to the acid-base chemicals, and good bond and good thermal conductivity and so on.

Specification    

   [Main applications]:
     Rubber processing: It is used as the viscosity in rubber processing with the role of softening,strenthening and increasing the viscosity so as to  enhance molding processing performance and prevent delamination, bubbles in the product,therefore it is mainly used in the production of tires, and rubber V-belts and tubes.
Adhesive production: It is a raw material used in producing the hot melt adhesives  and pressure sensing adhesive to increase significantly its viscosity, elasticity and low temperature performance. At the same time, it has excellent performance of water resistant therefore it is often used   to glue the plywoods, the wallpaper and leather.
Paint production: it is commonly used in the manufacture of the reinforced latex paint and oil-soluble paint, it has the function to effectively improve the paint gloss, hardness, water resistance and chemical resistance to ensure high surface hardness, good gloss , dry faster results.

Ink Production: it is suitable to be used in the production of printing inks by means of its charateristics of high softening point, stable performance as well as its solubility in hydrocarbon resin.By addional of petroleum resin to ink to reach an effectiveness of coloring property,fast drying and increasing the brightness thus improving the printing  performance.
Paper Industry: it is normally used as a paper sizing agent in paper industry. Compared with the traditional rosin, it has the advantages of fewer bubbles, smooth paper, it can also reduce the absorption to the water, ink thus increasing the smoothness of the paper, hydrophobic property and relevance of printing.

Other applications:

It can be used as the water treatment agent and drilling mud additives in the oilfield chemicals, it is also used as the asphalt modification agent, etc.

[Package & Storage]

The product is packed in plastic woven bag with  net weight (25 ± 0.15 kg/bag).

It should be stored in a clean,dry and well ventilated warehouse with good fire fighting facilities, keeping away from sources of heat and it should prevent from direct sunlight when storage. The use of sharp tools,Hook is prohibited during the transport and handling process is prohibited.
