 C5 petroleum resin:

The product is produced through the process of refinement,isolation ,polymerization and molding with the raw material of carbon five which is the by product from the ethylene fragmentation. The product is pale yellow granular solid, an aliphatic petorleum resin, which is widely used in hot-melt road paint, adhesives, solvent-based pressure sensitive adhesive and tire rubber mixing, non-aromatic hydrocarbons, and it has excellent compatibility with various types of synthetic rubber , polyethylene, polypropylene, styrene polymers, EVA and so on, especially with natural tackifying resin.

[Main application]:

In tire and rubber industry: in the rubber industry it can be used as the tackifier, reinforcing agents, fillers to increase tensile strength, elongation, slitting-resistant and it is also an ideal additive to produce high grade sole of shoes, rubber products, the inner tube,belt and a light-coloured rubber.

Features of Application:  good initial sticky and continuous viscous ability, and improving the viscosity, but does not affect curing time and its physical properties.It can also low the  sulfide point hardness and modulus and improve extension and increase anti-spalling as well as to  improve the rubber strength and resistance to aging,further to prevent the adhesion to the processing machinery to help fill material evenly distributed to obtain a light color.

As a solvent-based pressure sensitive adhesive:

Applying to the petroleum resin of solvent-based pressure sensitive adhesive (such as PVC, tape, medical tape, etc.) , which has good compatibility to natural rubber, synthetic rubber and styrene polymer (such as SIS, SBS, SEBS) and EVA, particularly a good compatibility to natural tackifying resin(such as terpenes, rosin and its derivatives),it has different degrees of improvement to various properties of the pressure-sensitive adhesive.

The characteristics in the solvent-based pressure sensitive adhesive:

With the guaranteeing initial cohesion and strength,it has a higher peel strength, excellent resistance to aging to ensure an excellent balance of the initial sticky, cohesive strength and peel strength. Because of light color and high shear strength it can work indivisually as a tackifying resin but also it can mix with other tackifying resins as well to improve some properties of solvent-based pressure sensitive adhesive

As thermoplastic road marking paints:

The product can enhance the toughness, hardness and adhesion and form a smooth finish, furthermore by addition of additives, it can maintain the resin in a stable condition in the seasons.

Following prominent features In the road marking paints are light color good fluidity,high anti-abrasion, fast drying and good thermal stability. Other properties such as filler dispersed evenly, not settlement, good weatherable properties, antipollution  and better adhesion are also its advantages.

[Package and Storage]

The product is packed in 25 kg net plastic woven bag and is  stored in good ventilated, dry and clean warehouses with good fire fight installations. It should be away from sources of heat, preventing from direct sunlight and the open storage. In the transport and handling process the use of sharp tools and hooks is strictly prohibited, throwing of the bags when loading and unloading is not allowed to avoid damage to bags, transportation of the product will not be exposed in the direct sunshine or rain, do not load the product together with sand, metals, coal and other pollutants, particularly the flammable or corrosive materials. Transportation with open trucks must be covered with tent cloth and truck inside should be clean and dry.
